On 13/5/21 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (A) temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of (1) Oakbank Road from its junction with the A93 Glasgow Road to the access to No. 3 Oakbank Road a distance of 20.66 metres or thereby; (2) Low Road from its junction with the A93 Glasgow Road to the access to No. 2 Low Road a distance of 11.23 metres or thereby; (3) Viewlands Terrace from its junction with the A93 Glasgow Road to its junction with Braeside Gardens a distance of 41.16 metres or thereby; (4) Needless Road from its junction with the A93 Glasgow Road to the access to No. 64 Needless Road a distance of 46.26 metres or thereby; (5) Viewlands Road from its junction with the A93 Glasgow Road to the access to No. 1 Viewlands Road distance of 37.03 metres or thereby; (6) Pickletullum Road from its junction with the A93 Glasgow Road to the access to The Lovat Hotel a distance of 42.04 metres or thereby; (7) Strathearn Terrace from its junction with the A93 Glasgow Road to the access to No. 7 Strathearn Terrace a distance of 63.91 metres or thereby; (8) Tullylumb Terrace from its junction with the A93 Glasgow Road to its junction with Hamilton Place a distance of 60.08 metres or thereby; and (9) Tullylumb Farm Lane from its junction with the A93 Glasgow Road to its junction with Strathearn Place a distance of 61.48 metres or thereby;  Alternative route:- Local Diversion routes,  (B) prohibit parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the A93 Glasgow Road from its junction with Necessity Brae to its junction with Rose Crescent a distance of 1.26 kilometres or thereby; and (C) suspend temporarily the existing one way provisions contained in the Perth and Kinross Council (Perth Traffic Management) Consolidation Order 2015 in relation to Low Road and Oakbank Road to allow access.  This applies from 24/5/21 for an estimated period of 4 weeks to permit carriageway patching works (the work will be carried out in phases).  Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months.  Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
