On 22/12/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the A913 Back Dykes, Abernethy from its junction with Clow Square to the access to the property known as Alma a distance of 184.2 metres or thereby. This applies from 11/1/21 for an estimated period of 3 weeks to permit the installation of a puffin crossing. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
