On 11/8/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 20mph on the C493 from its junction with the B9097 westwards to its junction with U212 for 473 metres or thereby. This applies from 14/8/20 as the Council, acting as Traffic Authority, is satisfied that there is a requirement to implement a reduced speed limit to assist with physical distancing safety measures for around the Cleish area. These restrictions on the above sections of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months.
