On 11/8/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 20mph on the A924 (Pitlochry - Kirkmichael - Bridge of Cally Road) from a point 280 metres or thereby north of the extended southeast gable of the Old Post Office House southeastwards for 820 metres or thereby. This applies from 14/8/20 as the Council, acting as Traffic Authority, is satisfied that there is a requirement to implement a reduced speed limit to assist with physical distancing safety measures for around the Ballintuim area. These restrictions on the above sections of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months.
