On 13/7/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to (1) prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic from driving on (i) Mart Street from its junction with the B952 Airlie Street to its junction with Smythe Street a distance of 68 metres or thereby; A/R:- Mart Street – Morn Street – B952 Airlie Street; and (ii) Losset Road from its junction with Toutie Street to its junction with Lower Bank Street a distance of 64 metres or thereby; A/R:- Lower Bank Street – Bank Street – Toutie Street, and (2) prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic from parking and/or loading on both sides of (i) Airlie Place from its junction with the B952 Airlie Street to its junction with New Alyth Road a distance of 88 metres or thereby; (ii) Isla Road from its junction with the B952 Airlie Street to its junction with Hazel Court a distance of 54.7 metres or thereby; (iii) St Ninian’s Road from its junction with the B952 Airlie Street to its junction with the access to the property known as The Bield a distance of 91.7 metres or thereby; (iv) Victoria Street from its junction with the B952 Airlie Street to its junction with Alexandra Street a distance of 166 metres or thereby; (v) St Andrew Street from its junction with the B952 Airile Street to its junction with No. 6 St Andrew Street a distance of 86.9 metres or thereby; (vi) B952 Airlie Street from its junction with Market Street to its junction with Mart Street a distance of 333.7 metres or thereby; (vii) Mill Street from its junction with Parkside Road to its junction with Bridge Street a distance of 73.6 metres or thereby; (viii) Commercial Street from its junction with Bridge Street to its junction with Losset Road a distance of 200.5 metres or thereby; (ix) Hill Street from its junction with Meethill Road to its junction with Toutie Street a distance of 88.6 metres or thereby; (x) Bank Street from its junction with Hill Street to its junction with No. 17 Bank Street a distance of 46.8 metres or thereby; (xi) Airlie View from its junction with Meethill Road to its junction with No. 9 Airlie View a distance of 80.2 metres or thereby; and (xii) Barony Park from its junction with Meethill Road to its junction with No. 17 Barony Park a distance of 46.4 metres or thereby. This applies from 21/7/20 for a estimated period of 4 weeks (night time working only) to permit Openreach works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
