On 30/6/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to restrict temporarily all vehicular traffic to 20mph on the following roads around Perth Royal Infirmary hospital, Perth:- (1) Fechney Park for its entire length, including turning heads, for 169.80 metres or thereby; (2) Goodlyburn Place for its entire length for 169.51 metres or thereby; (3) Hamilton Place for its entire length, including turning heads, for 422.05 metres or thereby; (4) Hawarden Terrace for its entire length for 85.83 metres or thereby; (5) Jeanfield Road from its junction with Cornhill Road eastwards for 598.58 metres or thereby; (6) Rose Crescent for its entire length for 350.18 metres or thereby; (7) Spens Crescent for its entire length for 20.64 metres or thereby; (8) Taymouth Terrace for its entire length for 200.17 metres or thereby; (9) Tullylumb Terrace for its entire length for 191.84 metres or thereby; and (10) Western Avenue for its entire length for 103.18 metres or thereby. This applies from 3/7/20 as the Council, acting as Traffic Authority, is satisfied that there is a requirement to implement a reduced speed limit to assist with physical distancing safety measures for Perth city centre. These restrictions on the above sections of road will be in place for a maximum duration in terms of the Act of 18 months.
