On 4/6/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily restrict all vehicular traffic to a maximum speed of 30mph on the B9141 Wester Balgour from its junction with the access to No. 1 Wester Balgour Farm Cottage to the access to New Mains House a distance of 1.15 kilometres or thereby. This applies from 15/6/20 for a period of 3 days to permit BT maintenance works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
