On 14/4/20 the Council made Orders under Section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 for the purpose of permitting open air Farmers & Craft Markets on the following dates:- (a) 25/4/20, (b) 23/5/20, (c) 27/6/20, (d) 22/8/20, (e) 26/9/20, and (f) 24/10/20. The Orders will prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic on High Street, Kinross between the Burns Begg Street and Montgomery Street junctions for 128.88 metres or thereby. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- Montgomery Street – Montgomery Road – Bowton Road. Pedestrian thoroughfare will be maintained.
