Perth and Kinross Council (A85(T) East High Street/High Street/James Square, Crieff) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving) Order 2019 - Perth & Kinross Archived

On 6/1/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of (i) A85(T) East High Street from its junction with Mitchell Street to its junction with Church Street a distance of 20.1 metres or thereby, (ii) A85(T) High Street from its junction with Church Street to its junction James Square a distance of 142.2 metres or thereby and (iii) A85(T) James Square from its junction with A85(T) High Street to its junction with Academy Road a distance of 76.8 metres or thereby. This applies from 13/1/20 for an estimated period of 6 weeks to permit Bear Scotland works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
