On 18/2/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prohibit temporarily all vehicular traffic on the U155 Drums of Ardgaith Road from its junction with the A90(T) to its junction with the private access to the property known as North Lodge for 1.11 kilometres or thereby. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- A90(T) – U155. This applies from 23:00 hours on 28/2/20 to 06:00 hours on 9/3/20 for an estimated period of 10 nights to permit Network Rail maintenance works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
