The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

  1. The effect of the Order shall be to install a 40mph speed limit on the C467 and U188 at Blackford in an effort to reduce the risk of road accidents and to improve conditions for pedestrians and all road users

  2. Full details may be examined within normal office hours between 29/11/19 and 20/12/19 at:- Reception, 2 High Street, Perth; Pullar House, Main Reception, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth; Reference Section, AK Bell Library, York Place, Perth; and Blackford Village Store, Moray Street, Blackford PH4 1PY.
