Perth and Kinross Council (Perth Traffic Management) (Variation) (No 21) Order 20XX - Perth & Kinross Archived

The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The effect of the Order shall be to install additional No Waiting at Any Time waiting restrictions at Darnhall Drive, Park Place and Clyde Place, Perth to enhance sightlines at the junctions and to improve the safety for pedestrians, cyclists and all road users.

2. Full details may be examined within normal office hours between 29/11/19 and 20/12/19 at:- Pullar House, Main Reception, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth; Main Reception, 2 High Street, Perth; and Reference Section, A K Bell Library, York Place, Perth.

3. Objectors must state their reasons in writing, to be sent by 20/12/19 to: Head of Legal & Governance Services, Perth and Kinross Council, 2 High Street, Perth PH1 5PH.
