On 8/1/20 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of the C458 Castleton from its junction with the U21 to its junction with Castleton Road a distance of 1.5 kilometres or thereby. Alternative route: U20 – Easthill Road – Orchil Road – A824. This applies on 20/1/20 for an estimated period of 5 days to permit carriageway patching works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Access to premises will be maintained.
