On 12/9/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily (1) prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of Hill Street from its junction with the A85(T) High Street to its junction with Victoria Terrace a distance of 301.23 metres or thereby. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- High Street – A85(T) Comrie Street – Coldwells Road – Victoria Terrace; and (2) prohibit all vehicles from parking and/or loading on both sides of (i) A85(T) High Street/James Square from its junction with Church Street to its junction with James Square a distance of 196.84 metres or thereby, and (ii) James Square from its junction with the A85(T) to its junction with King Street a distance of 52.91 metres or thereby. This applies from 23/9/19 for an estimated period of 1 night to permit BT manhole repair works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration in terms of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
