Perth and Kinross Council (B9141 Wester Balgour) (Temporary 40MPH Speed Restriction) Order 2019 - Perth & Kinross Archived

On 13/8/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily restrict all vehicular traffic to 40mph on the B9141 Wester Balgour from its junction with the C471 to its junction with the A9(T) a distance of 1.14 kilometres or thereby. This applies from 19/8/19 for an estimated period of 2 days to permit BT maintenance works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained
