On 3/7/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicles from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of (a) the A827 Bridgend from its junction with Burnside to its junction with the A827 The Square a distance of 44 metres or thereby; (b) the A827 The Square from its junction with the A827 Burnside to its junction with the A827 Dunkeld Street a distance of 62 metres or thereby; (c) the A827 Dunkeld Street from its junction with the A827 The Square to its junction with Moness Terrace a distance of 106 metres or thereby; (d) Chapel Street from its junction with the A827 Dunkeld Street to its junction with the private access to property Number 14 a distance of 90.5 metres or thereby; (e) Burnside Lane from its junction with the A827 The Square to its junction with Burnside a distance of 52.8 metres or thereby; (f) Old Crieff Road from its junction with the A827 The Square to its junction with Atholl Terrace a distance of 133 metres or thereby; (g) the A827 The Square from its junction with Old Crieff Road to its junction with Burnside Lane a distance of 63.2 metres or thereby; (h) Burnside from its junction with Bridgend to its junction with Taybridge Terrace a distance of 272.52 metres or thereby; (i) Taybridge Terrace from its junction with Burnside to its junction with Chapel Street a distance of 31.35 metres or thereby; and (j) Chapel Street from its junction with Taybridge Terrace to its junction with The Square a distance of 221.72 metres or thereby. Alternative route: B846 – Taybridge Terrace – Market Street – Home Street. This applies from 15/7/19 for an estimated period of 7 months to permit Aberfeldy Square refurbishment works on the above sections of road. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
