Perth and Kinross Council (Taxi Rank Clearways) Order 20XX - Perth & Kinross Archived

The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The effect of the Order shall be to allow the enforcement of the existing taxi ranks in Perth and Blairgowrie.
2. Full details may be examined within normal office hours between 10/5/19 and 31/5/19 at:- Pullar House Main Reception, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth; Reception, 2 High Street, Perth; Reference Section, A K Bell Library, York Place, Perth; and Blairgowrie Community Campus, Elm Drive, Blairgowrie.
3. Objectors must state their reasons in writing by 31/5/19 to Head of Legal & Governance Services, Perth and Kinross Council, 2 High Street, Perth PH1 5PH.
