On 17/4/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all driving, parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of North Street from its junction with Morton Wynd to its junction with the C413 Tillywhally a distance of 330 metres or thereby. The alternative route for vehicles is via:- Westerloan – New Road – Perth Road – C420 – U228 – C499. This applies from 29/4/19 for an estimated period of 4 weeks to permit foul and fresh water works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
