Perth and Kinross Council (Nelson Street - Charles Street - Victoria Street, Perth) (Temporary Traffic Restrictions) Order 2019 - Perth & Kinross Archived

On 6/3/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic from driving, parking and/or loading on both sides of (i) Nelson Street from its junction with Marshall Place to its junction with Victoria Street a distance of 140 metres or thereby; (ii) Victoria Street from a point 20 metres east of its junction with Nelson Street to a point 20 metres west of its junction with Charles Street a distance of 100 metres or thereby and (iii) Charles Street from its junction with Victoria Street to a point 15 metres northwards. Alternative route: (i) Marshall Place – Scott Street – Victoria Street; (ii) Canal Street – Scott Street – Victoria Street and (iii) n/a. This applies from 18/3/19 for an estimated period of 8 weeks to permit gas main improvement works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicular access to premises will be maintained.
