Perth and Kinross Council (Invergowrie Waiting Restrictions) (Variation) (No 3) Order 20XX - Perth & Kinross Archived

The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. The effect of the Order shall be to remove Limited Waiting restriction and replace with No Waiting At Any Time Waiting Restrictions on Main Street in order to allow access to properties and in an effort to improve road safety for all road users.

3. Objectors must state their reasons in writing by 5/4/19 to Head of Legal & Governance Services, Perth and Kinross Council, 2 High Street, Perth PH1 5PH.
