On 12/3/19 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all driving, parking and/or loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of the C447 Derculich from its junction with the private access leading to Derculich to its junction with the private access leading to The Laigh of Clochfoldich for 564.68 metres or thereby. The alternative route for vehicles is via:-B846 – A827. This applies from 25/3/19 for an estimated period of 2 days to permit BT maintenance works. Should these works overrun the maximum duration of this Order is 18 months. Emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
