On 14/1/19 the Council made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which comes into effect on 23/1/19. The proposed Order and its effect were advertised in the Courier on 16/11/18. Full details may be examined within normal office hours from 22/1/19 until 5/3/19 at:- Pullar House, Main Reception, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth; and Reference Section, AK Bell Library, York Place, Perth. Anyone wishing to question any aspect of the validity of, or of any of the provisions of, this Order should write to the Court of Session within 6 weeks of 22/1/19.
