Perth and Kinross Council (40mph Speed Limit) (Variation) (No 24) Order 2019 - Perth & Kinross Archived

On 14/1/19 the Council made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which comes into effect on 23/1/19. The proposed Order and its effect were advertised in the Courier on 16/11/18. Anyone wishing to question any aspect of the validity of, or of any of the provisions of, this Order should write to the Court of Session within 6 weeks of 22/1/19.
