On 3/5/17 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit parking and loading for all vehicular traffic on both sides of (i) Rannoch Road between the Marlee Road and Tummel Road junctions for 181.21 metres or thereby and (ii) Firbank Road from its junction with Rannoch Road to its junction with the footway adjacent to the access to 6 Firbank Road for 71.11 metres or thereby. This applies from 15/5/17 for 1 week to permit Scottish Water connection works. Its maximum duration in terms of the Act is 18 months. Pedestrian and emergency vehicle access to premises will be maintained.
