On 9/11/16 the Council made the above Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic and parking and loading on both sides of 1. Carnegie Place, Perth between the Ainslie Place and Ainslie Court junctions; 2. Ainslie Place, Perth between the Carnegie Place and Ainslie Gardens junctions; and 3. Ainslie Gardens, Perth between the Dunkeld Road and Lark Avenue junctions. The alternative routes are:- 1. Ainslie Gardens – Dunkeld Road – Gowans Terrace; 2. Dunkeld Road – Gowans Terrace – The Rookery – Lark Avenue – Ainslie Gardens; and 3. Dunkeld Road – Gowans Terrace – The Rookery – Lark Avenue – Ainslie Gardens. This applies from 14/11/16 for 18 months to permit housing development works. Its maximum duration in terms of the Act is 18 months. Access to premises will be maintained.
