The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 1. The effect of this Order shall be to improve road safety for all road users by introducing “Green Routes” and installing 40mph speed limits on the C405 Campmuir, U150 Horn and U87 Scone roads. 2.
