The Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 1. The effect of the Order shall be to install no waiting at any time waiting restrictions, at Gowans Terrace, and the Access Road to South Muirton Cottages, Perth, to alleviate indiscriminate parking at the new School Campus, and to improve sight lines at the road junction for the safety of pedestrians and schoolchildren. 2.
