TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 Advertisement under Section 67(2) in respect of Modification of Planning Permission concerning the formation of residential, commercial and industrial development with associated school provision, open space and landscaping (in principle) at Land at Oudenarde, Bridge of Earn, Perth.

NOTICE is hereby given that Perth and Kinross Council have made an Order under Section 65 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 to modify planning permission Ref: 02/01482/IPM, approved on 8 September 2016.

Any person who will be affected by the Order and who wishes an opportunity of appearing and being heard by a person appointed by the Scottish Ministers must now give notice in writing to that effect to: Planning.Decisons@gov.scot by 19 June 2020.

If no such notice has been given by that date, the Order will take effect by virtue of Section 67(7) of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, on 3 July 2020.
