ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND)

REGULATIONS 2011 - NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 17

 

Erection of 5 wind turbines, control building and associated infrastructure at Green Knowes Windfarm, Glendevon, Dollar

 

An environmental statement has been submitted to Perth & Kinross Council by ScottishPower Renewables (UK) Ltd relating to a planning application in respect of the above development (ref. 15/02197/FLL)

 

Possible decisions relating to the application are:

(i)                 Approval of the application without conditions;

(ii)               Approval of the application with conditions;

(iii)               Refusal of the application.

 

Copies of the environmental statement may be purchased at a cost of £1300 for a printed set or a CD at a cost of £20 from ScottishPower Renewables, 2nd Floor New Building, North Wing, Cathcart Business Park, Spean Street, Glasgow, G44 4BE, Tel: 0141 614 0438. Copies of the non technical summary of the environmental statement can also be obtained on request from the above address free of charge.

 

A copy of the environmental statement, the associated planning application and other documents submitted with the current application may be viewed online at www.pkc.gov.uk or inspected during normal opening hours at Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth, PH1 5GD for a period of 28 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice. Copies are also available at the Auchterarder Library and the Tourmaukin Hotel.

 

Any person who wishes to make representations to Perth and Kinross Council about the environmental statement should do so in writing within the 28 day period specified above to the Development Quality Manager at Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth, PH1 5GD

This application may be examined at Pullar House, 35 Kinnoull Street, Perth PH1 1DS Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (from 11am on 1st Thursday of each month and excluding Council holidays), or online at PublicAccess by entering the relevant reference number. TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008 (as amended). (A) Regulation 20 (1) (a): Not possible to carry out neighbour notification, no premises on neighbouring land. (B) Regulation 20 (1) (b): Applicant unable to notify all owners or agricultural tenants. (C) Regulation 20 (1) (c): Bad Neighbour Development, proposal for one of more classes of development specified in Schedule 3. (D) Regulation 20 (1) (d): Application does not accord with the Development Plan. PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 1987 (E) Any development within/affecting Listed Buildings or Conservation Areas THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2011 (F) Regulation 18: Publication of Environmental Statement (G) Regulation 24: Publication of Additional Material (H) Regulation 26: Publication of Decision All representations should be made within 21 days for items (A) (B) (C) (D) & (E) above; otherwise 28 days for (F) & (G). A notice under (H) indicates that a planning application for a development which was subject to an Environmental Impact Assessment has been determined; no further representations will be accepted.
