On 21 January 2019 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle (with the exception of vehicles engaged on New Sewer Connection works) on Berryhill Road, Cumbernauld from a point 55 metres or thereby north westwards of its junction with Seafar Road by reason of works being executed on or near that location.

Alternative routes: vehicles will be diverted via Seafar Road, Lairds Hill, Braeface Road and Berryhill Road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

The Order will come into operation at 0900 hours on Monday, 4 February 2019 and will remain in operation until 2359 hours on Monday, 4 March 2019.
