On 18 September 2018 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to cause or permit any motor vehicle to wait or load (with the exception of vehicles engaged on crane access works) on the undernoted road.

The Order, which will only be in place between 0930 hours and 1900 hours each day, will come into operation at 0930 hours on Monday, 1 October 2018 and will remain in operation until 1900 hours on Tuesday, 30 April 2019.
