On 20 August 2018 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and in exercise of all other enabling powers, which makes it unlawful for any person to proceed on foot (with the exception of pedestrians engaged on the demolition works) on the footpath at Berryhill Road, Cumbernauld from a point 3 metres from the north east corner of 21 Berryhill Road, eastwards for a distance of 6 metres or thereby, by reason of works being executed on or near that location.

Alternative routes: Pedestrians should proceed on the alternative footpaths as signposted.

The Order will come into operation at 0001 hours on Monday, 3 September 2018 and will remain in operation until 2359 hours on Sunday, 21 October 2018.
