On 16 July 2018 the North Lanarkshire Council made the above-named Order under Section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, required for the closures listed below in connection with the Traffic Management Associated with the European Championships 2018, taking place within Strathclyde Country Park, on the lengths of the under-noted roads over two periods from 0001 hours on Thursday, 2 August to 2359 hours on Sunday, 5 August 2018 and from 0001 hours on Thursday, 9 August to 2359 hours on Sunday, 12 August 2018.
Road Closures
Braedale Avenue, Motherwell over its entire length.
Parkside Road, Motherwell over its entire length.
Haughview Road, Motherwell over its entire length.
Neilsland Drive, Motherwell over its entire length.
Strathclyde Road, Motherwell over its entire length.
There are no alternative routes.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Vehicular access will be permitted to Permit Holders only.
The Order will come into operation at 0001 hours on Thursday, 2 August 2018 and will remain in operation until 2359 hours on Sunday, 12 August 2018.
