(Temporary Closure) (Revocation) Order 2016

 

 

 

The North Ayrshire Council in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14(1) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order :-

 

  1. This Order may be cited as "The North Ayrshire Council (Jail Close, Irvine) (Temporary Closure) (Revocation) Order 2016" and shall come into operation from 00.01 hours on 16th January 2017.

 

  1. The North Ayrshire Council (Jail Close, Irvine) (Temporary Closure) Order 2013 as varied by The North Ayrshire Council (Jail Close, Irvine) (Temporary Closure) (Variation) Order 2014 is hereby revoked.
