Order made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to access Footpath between School Lane-Merryvale Road,Irvine, from 26 Sep to 21/12/16, or until works are complete, whichever is earlier.
