Description of Proposed Variation: Amend core hours to 10am to 10pm daily. Remove reference to seasonal variations. Allow recorded music as an activity both during and outwith core hours. Q5 Additional Information add - sale of groceries, including fresh and frozen foods and other non-food items to be provided both within and outwith the core licensing hours. But not before 7am or after 11pm. Activities outwith core hours may occur as ancillary. Q5F amend other activities to include home delivery, product sampling and food tasting events and friends and family membership evenings. Increase off-sales display capacity from 4.4m2 to 4.55m2.
