Description of Proposed Variation: Install food trailer in the garden within the curtilage of the property serving food to customers and for takeaway. Serve food to customers within the property prepared from kitchen and also offer a takeaway service.
Allow darts to be played within the lounge area under the proviso children are not admitted during this activity, the dart board facility will be under lock and key held by the staff only.
