Description of Proposed Variation: Add off-sales available from 10am-10pm, 7 days alcohol display capacity 5.55m2. Will be partitioned off customers will not have direct access to alcohol. Utilise existing room to provide barber shop facilities. Children and young persons permitted access to barber shop accompanied by an adult. Amend Standard Condition C.5.2 to permit alcohol in the Outdoor Drinking Area from 10am.
