NOTICE OF REQUEST BY IRVINE SPORTS CLUB TO ACQUIRE COMMON GOOD LAND, SITUATED TO THE EAST OF IRVINE SPORTS CLUB, 3 MARRESS ROAD, IRVINE KA12 8PE
The North Ayrshire Council has received a request from Irvine Sports Club to acquire in accordance with The Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 the area of ground outlined in red on the attached plan, which area lies adjacent to Irvine Sports Club’s existing premises at 3 Marress Road, Irvine KA12 8PE.
The area requested is Common Good land.
It is currently used as open space ground.
Irvine Sports Club wish to incorporate the area of land into its current land ownership, to strengthen its ongoing provision of community sports and fitness facilities.
The documents relating to this request can be viewed online on our Land and Property page or at Irvine Library, 146 High Street, Irvine or North Ayrshire Council Offices (Ground Floor Reception), Cunninghame House, Friars Court, Irvine until 12th December 2023.
Anyone may make representations about this request to North Ayrshire Council. Any representation must be in writing and include the name and address of the person making it. A copy of the representation will be given to Irvine Sports Club.
