The board of directors wish to give notice that the North Ayrshire Municipal Bank Limited (”the Bank”) will cease to operate at 4.45pm on 31 October 2016.
Customers with funds deposited in the Bank are requested to make arrangements to withdraw funds and close all accounts as soon as possible and no later than 31 October 2016.
From this date all services will terminate and any unclaimed funds will be held in trust by North Ayrshire Council.
All current customers will receive a letter with details about the closure of the Bank along with a list of Frequently Asked Questions.
Customers of the Bank will be supported as far as possible during the closure of the Bank.
