MORAY COUNCIL (BOGTON ROAD, FORRES) (FROM JUNCTION WITH CAROLINE STREET TO GAS GOVERNOR) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2023

The Moray Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as “Moray Council (Bogton Road, Forres (From junction with Caroline Street to gas governor) Temporary Road Closure) Order 2023.

    

2. The effect of this Order, which will come into operation from 08/05/2023 until 28/07/2023 will be to temporarily close Bogton Road, Forres.

    

3. The temporary restriction has been imposed to allow SGN to replace a gas main.

1. A signed diversion route will be available via Caroline Street >> North Road >> St Ronans Road >> Bogton Road.
