MORAY COUNCIL (C12E DALLAS TO BRANCHILL ROAD, DALLAS) (FROM JUNCTION WITH B9010 TO BRANCHILL COTTAGE) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2022

The Moray Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as “Moray Council (C12E Dallas to Branchill Road, Dallas (From junction with B9010 to Branchill Cottage) Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022.

    

2. The effect of this Order, which will come into operation from 15/08/2022 until 21/10/2022 will be to temporarily close the C12E Dallas to Branchill Road, Dallas

    

3. The temporary restriction has been imposed to allow The Moray Council to widen the carriageway and construct passing places.

1. A signed diversion route will be available via B9010 >> C12E >> Main Road, Dallas >> C12E.
