MORAY COUNCIL (A941 DUFFTOWN TO RHYNIE ROAD) (AT DYKESIDE BRIDGE) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2022

 

The Moray Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers hereby makes the following Order:

 

  1. This Order may be cited as “Moray Council (A941 Dufftown to Rhynie Road) (At Dykeside Bridge) Temporary Road Closure) Order 2022.

     

  2. The effect of this Order, which will come into operation from 13/06/2022 until 24/07/2022 will be to temporarily close A941 Dufftown to Rhynie Road

     

  3. The temporary restriction has been imposed to allow for bridge refurbishment works.

 

  1. Signed diversion route will be available via A920  >> A96T  >> A97  >> A941
