MORAY COUNCIL (COUNCILLORS WALK, FORRES) (ADJACENT TO 1 PILMUIR ROAD) TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2022

 

The Moray Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers hereby makes the following Order:

 

  1. This Order may be cited as “Moray Council (Councillors Walk, Forres (Adjacent to 1 Pilmuir Road) Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022.

     

  2. The effect of this Order, which will come into operation from 13/06/2022 until 24/07/2022 will be to temporarily close the footpath on the west side of Councillors Walk, Forres adjacent to 1 Pilmuir Road.

     

  3. The temporary restriction has been imposed to on safety grounds due to rebuilding of a stone wall.

 

  1. Pedestrians will be directed to use opposite footpath.
