MORAY COUNCIL (B9008 BRIDGEND OF GLENLIVET) 30MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2021

Moray Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The general effect of the Order which will come into operation on 24/12/21 will be to prohibit any person from driving or causing or permitting to be driven any vehicle at a speed exceeding 30mph on that length of the B9008 Bridgend of Glenlivet Road as described in the Schedule to the Order.

The Order is being introduced as part of number of improvements on the B9008, in the interests of Road Safety. The Order is as specified in the Northern Scot on 14/05/21.
