CAPPIESHILL BRIDGE - 7.5T WEIGHT LIMIT - Moray Archived

MORAY COUNCIL (U31E LEUCHARS ROAD AT CAPPIESHILL BRIDGE, NR MILLTOWN. – 7.5T WEIGHT LIMIT) ORDER 2021

Moray Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). The general effect of the Order which will come into operation on 24/12/21 will be to introduce a 7.5 tonnes (maximum gross weight) Weight Limit on the U31E Cappieshill Bridge, nr Milltown. The proposed restriction will replace the temporary weight limit that is currently in force, and seeks to protect an understrength structure. The Order is as specified in the Northern Scot on 01/10/21.
