MORAY COUNCIL (WEST COVESEA ROAD AND DUFFUS HEIGHTS, ELGIN,
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS) TEMPORARY ONE-WAY TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to introduce a Temporary One-Way on West Covesea Road and Duffus Heights, Elgin as specified in the schedule below from 2/8/2021 to 16/01/2023. The temporary restriction has been imposed on safety grounds on the new residential development site and will be replaced by a permanent traffic order in due course.
