PROHIBITION OF WAITING - ELGIN - Moray Archived

MORAY COUNCIL (BLANTYRE PLACE, BRACO PLACE, FORTEATH STREET AND HAWTHORN ROAD, ELGIN – PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2021

Moray Council propose to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). The general effect will be to introduce “No Waiting at any time Restrictions” on Blantyre Place, Braco Place, Forteath Street and Hawthorn Road, Elgin as specified in the Schedule to the Order. The proposed restrictions will keep junctions and visibility splays free from parked vehicles to maintain access for all road users in the interests of road safety.
