MORAY COUNCIL (SCHOOL STREETS, ELGIN) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) EXPERIMENTAL TRAFFIC REGULATION REVOCATION ORDER 2021

The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), and will revoke the following Order :-

1. Moray Council (School Streets, Elgin) (Prohibition of Driving) Experimental Traffic Regulation Order 2020, which came into force on 5^th January 2021

    

2. This order shall come into operation on 19^th February 2021 and may be cited as the Moray Council (School Streets, Elgin) (Prohibition of Driving) Experimental Traffic Regulation Revocation Order 2020

1. It is anticipated that a new traffic regulation order will be introduced when schools return to full time learning following the current Covid restrictions
