MORAY COUNCIL (NORTH STREET, ELGIN (FROM JUNCTION WITH HIGH STREET TO BUS STATION ACCESS) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) EXTENSION (No.3) ORDER 2020
The Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended) to close North Street, Elgin from the junction with the High Street to the Bus Station Access from 29/6/2020 to 20/6/2021. The temporary restriction has been imposed due building repair works and is an extension to a previous order. Alternative routes will be available as follows :-
Diversion for Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles: Batchen Street >> South Street >> Greyfriars Street >> Alexandra Road
Diversion for HGV’s & Plainstones Deliveries: Plainstones >> Lossie Wynd >> Alexandra Road
